We invest in companies that are located in Southern
California that specialize in Natural or Organic foods. We prefer
that the company is currently selling their product on the market and is
profitable. The products must already be developed and samples can be provided.
We will also consider a company that has developed a unique/break though food,
packaging or process for the organic or natural food space.

Our investment range depends on the needs of each company.
The funding can occur in stages as the company needs the funds to grow or all
at once. Better Earth Foods range of investment is between 500K to 5 million.

How will Better Earth Foods handle
the information submitted?
Better Earth Foods will hold all information in the strictest confidence
and will not disclose any confidential information. We have been doing business
for many years and have a reputation of honesty; we will never take any actions
that could put that in question. We typically do not sign NDA’s before products
are submitted. In the beginning phase we request that you only send us what you
are comfortable sharing.

How does the decision
process work for Better Earth Foods?
After you submit your product, package or process, Better Earth Foods will
review your information. If we feel that your Natural or Organic product fits
what we are looking for, we will contact you. A partner will be assigned to you
as your main contact and will take the lead on getting to know you, your vision
and your product. If this stage is successful then the meetings will be set up
for you to meet the other partner and team members to ensure that nothing is
missed and that we can create a fun successful working partnership. We feel
that it is very important for you to feel as comfortable with us as we do with
you and your product.
This process typically takes about 2 months.

We take an active role in helping the Natural and Organic
food companies that we invest in succeed. We help with marketing, business
development, recruiting management, introductions to strategic relationships,
plus give advice and guidance. Better Earth Foods will always have a partner on the board of
each company who will always be available to help.
